A Place for Gathering

Four years succeeding the first book, I was asked to style this second work by Denise Inmon Young. Shot on four different weekends throughout one year, both in studio and on location at the author’s cabin, I cooked and styled 90 recipes to shoot individually and as part of large scenes that depicted the book’s mission of celebrating large group dining occasions.

A Place for Everyone

Author and food blogger Denise Inmon Young asked me style her first book that showcased over 70 recipes she had developed over years cooking for her large family and active social community. I also tested many of these recipes prior to the shoot, providing feedback and ideas for how to group the recipes together into a cohesive story that could be read and cooked cover to cover.
